Where are you located?
- Ready. Sweet. Go! is an online cupcakery located at our home in Pasig.
- Orders can be picked up in Pasig.
- Our meet-up points are in the following areas: SM Megamall, Shangri-la Plaza, Robinson's Galleria, Gateway, Trinoma, Greenhills, Tiendesitas, SM MOA, Market Market and Glorietta. Delivery charges may apply.
- Delivery is subject to approval
How many days should I place my order before date of meet-up?
- We require ONE WEEK lead time for small orders.
- for souvenir cupcakes, towers, we require at least ONE MONTH lead time.
Do you require downpayment?
- Yes. We require 50% down payment for ALL orders.
- Downpayment is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Can I cancel my order?
- Orders can only be cancelled 4 DAYS before pick-up.
Reminders
- Cupcake designs are based on our interpretations. It may vary from your sample image because we don’t and can’t make the exact product design.
- Items may contain materials that are not edible – wires, toothpicks, gems, etc.
- Our products are best consumed the same day, but it can last for at least 3 days if stored properly. If products used fondant icing, we advise that you keep it in an air-conditioned room, for refrigerating it may greatly affect the product – it may cause the colors to bleed, the figures to soften, etc. And it must be far from direct sunlight to keep the frosting from melting.
- If products are meant to be displayed, it is best not to refrigerate it until time of party. We recommend that you keep them in the packaging they were in and store in an air-conditioned room. And away from direct sunlight. Until the end of your event, only then you can refrigerate it. But this does not apply for cupcakes with cream cheese frosting, melted chocolate tops and alike.
- Before placing an order, make sure that all details that will be sent are correct – spellings, dates, pick up date and time, design instructions, contact information. Once received, we will send you a confirmation. Before production, we will contact you again to confirm order.
- If ordering through our form, please make sure to fill in all details.
- Payment deposits only apply to bulk orders and cupcake packages.
- Payment deposits will be made through bank deposit or meet ups. It is non-refundable. Full payment must be made one week before the event.
- Once our products have left our kitchen (For pick-up) or have been delivered, Ready. Sweet. Go! Cannot be held responsible for any damage.
- We are serious with what we do, but due to inevitable events and weather conditions, it may prevent us from fulfilling our responsibility. Please take note of all our contact information so that we can notify you for incidents that may have occurred. We reserve the right to postpone delivery for the safety of both parties.
- Changes must be made immediately. We won’t entertain such changes 10 days before delivery.
- An order maybe cancelled/ postponed to another date given 2 weeks notice.
- If you’ve made a deposit then decide to cancel, the deposit in NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Should you postpone delivery the day before, goods must be delivered within the next two (2) days. If goods haven’t been picked-up, we will charge you for the materials and ingredients used.
- Should an event happen and we may need to cancel our agreement with you and payment has been made, we will refund it in full.
